Guest Speaker:  Bob Rennie Local historian and War of 1812 reenactor

Presentation: “Laura Secord: A Walk Into History”

Bob will bring history to life, dressed in period uniform as he shares:

• The story of Laura Secord’s courageous 32 km journey to warn British forces
• The impact of her actions on the War of 1812
• The 200th anniversary commemoration of her historic walk and related memorial
