GVTA Annual General Meeting 2011

Unlike the past few years the AGM for 2011 will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 6:30 PM. The location will be announced at a later date.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Volunteer Activity Day 2009 Benefits GVTA & Community

Corporate Volunteerism: Thank you very much to the Kitchener-Waterloo office of PricewaterhouseCoopers volunteer team who helped GVTA volunteers to prune, lop, clip, rake, blaze and generally clear the Grand Valley Trail between Victoria Street and Bridge Street (Map 11 km 41.5 to km 43.9) on May 15, 2009. The group enjoyed a picnic lunch together too provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Union Gas Helps GVTA Again

October 28, 2007 - Thanks to a generous grant from Union Gas GVTA was able to buy pressure treated wood to build two new long boardwalks on private land north of Bridge Street (Map 11) in a wet area near a creek. In addition, several Union Gas employees volunteered their time and labour to construct the boardwalks.
